Airbags importance in cars are very much! They help protect you if you were ever in a crash. But do you know what’s in the airbag that helps protect you? And it is called an airbag container that helps the airbag to work properly when you need them most.
There is a special container in each air bags packing of your car that stores the gas that inflates the air bag in the event of a crash. It is a tough container, usually made of nylon or polyester. These Pudi materials allow it to withstand the power of the gas that fills up the airbag. Without this canister, the airbag would never inflate quickly enough to protect you.
When you crash, sensors in your car detect the sudden deceleration and forward momentum of your body and send a signal to the airbag system. A small quantity of gas is quickly released into the air bag container by this system. The gas then inflates the airbag, keeping your body from smashing into hard sections of the vehicle.
Engineers are crazy about the container of the airbag, which must ensure that it can withstand the pressure of the gas and deploy the airbag as quickly as possible. They test the containers with computers and crashes to see how they survive varying environments so they know they’ll hold up in a real crash. In addition to being designed for the proper expansion of the air bag packaging itself, the container's shape and size are also closely tailored to fit perfectly inside the steering wheel or dashboard where the airbag lives.

Airbags can save lives in a crash, but they can only perform if they deploy correctly. That means the airbag has to blow up at just the proper moment and with just the proper percussive force to shield you. Because the inflatable air packaging bag is critical to the appropriate deployment of the airbag, this container must not be cracked or damaged.

We're going to look at these factors and how they play into the evolution of automotive technology and safety measures, how three-fold safety planning prepared one designer to create new airbag containment in a difficult industry.

So are the airbag containers themselves, as the technology gets better to help make cars safer. Older model cars only have a couple of airbags and only provide basic coverage, while some newer cars have many airbags as well as sensors that can detect the size and position of people in the car. This will allow the airbags to deploy at different levels of force depending on the passenger. Advanced materials like Kevlar are also being employed to create even stronger and more reliable airbag containers during a collision.
